Haines has many exciting activities. From hiking and wilderness excursions
to fishing, kyaking, rafting, rock climbing and mountain bike riding,
there is always something fun to do.
Our goal is to recruit team members who can deliver the highest level
of service to our guests, giving them a positive, memorable experience. We
have both full- time and part-time opportunities.We are looking for
reliable team members who are enthusiastic and like to have fun while they
work.
A job in paradise is still serious work and requires a commitment. Our
summer season is mid April through October. Team members are expected to
commit to a full-season. The hiring process starts in mid-April and will
continue throughout the season as jobs become available.
Because we never get a second chance to make a good first impression,
we want to make sure our guests see us at our best! Although we respect
your personal style and taste, consideration of our guests require that we
adhere to a company wide appearance policy including hair, clothing,
make-up, visible body piercing or body art.
We have it all! Beach Roadhouse prides itself on quality
accommodations. You'll also experience crisp, clean air and amazing views.
We provide team
member housing or RV sites in exchange for time preforming team
duties.
Team members have a strong commitment to quality and service. Each day
is special at Beach Roadhouse. Our team members perform housekeeping
duties, grounds, landscaping, and trail maintenence duties as well. In
June our season shifts into high gear. We will be able to supply housing
in exchange for service, but team members may have to take other part time
employment for additional living expense. Haines has other jobs available
each summer. We will attempt to work around other schedules. Beach
Roadhouse is a busy place from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. We expect team members
to be available during those hours for teamwork.
